Presentation:

Traditional Alsatian house, renovated and converted into a rural gîte, located in a typical small village of the Doller valley. In a green setting dominated by the Schlumpf and Ballon d’Alsace, summits of the Vosges mountains reaching heights of 1,000 and 1,250 metres respectively, Chantal and Vincent Gasser offer you a friendly welcome to their holiday cottage. It is located in Dolleren, in Alsace, south of the Haut-Rhin in the Masevaux valley.

This holiday cottage, in a private house, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in summer or winter.

Detailed description: 3 bedrooms – sleeps 9 – all modern comforts

Ground floor: large living room opening onto the fully equipped kitchen. Salon with large sofa (can be converted into a double sofa bed). Shower room and WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, bedroom 2 with a 140 cm bed and a twin bed). Shower room and toilet.
Second floor: children’s play area, 1 bedroom with 2×90 cm beds, desk area.
Outside: large car park with reserved spaces, covered terrace with direct access to the kitchen-living room, barbecue, large garden, green spaces, slide, volleyball/badminton net, children’s games, direct access to the cycle path 200 metres away, the village’s multi-sports City 300 metres away and hiking trails.

Equipment:

Solar water heater, electric solar central heating, underfloor heating, wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player, board games, raclette set (with stone grill) and fondue set, filter coffee machines + Nespresso, electric kettle.
Garden table and chairs, barbecue.
Baby-friendly cottage (travel baby bed + baby bouncer + baby bath, high chair on request), children’s games.
Snow mountain cottage.
Beds made for your arrival.
Optional cleaning service for 80€.
